In the north aisle of the church, you will find activity bags, coloring supplies, and books for children to use during the service. Please return all materials before you leave and help us keep the area clean for future families.

Nursery Care and Children’s Chapel
Our professionally-staffed nursery is open during the 9 am and 11 am services for children ages 0-4. Families are free to come and go during the service as needed. Though children are always welcome in the service, we know kids like to run around, so this is a good destination.
During the 11 am service, children ages 5-12 are welcome to start church with their parents in the pews, then head to the chantry when invited just before the sermon for songs, prayer, and readings from our children’s Bible. Children return to the church after the sermon and prayers.
Confirmation
For youth in 7th grade and up who would like to explore Confirmation in the Episcopal Church, five sessions will meet in Eastertide with the Rev. James Morton, the Rev. Eva N. Suarez, and our seminarian, Molly Gouran. We’ll meet Sundays April 12, 19, 26, May 3, and 17 from 4–5 pm in the reception room. Topics will include the Bible, the Episcopal Church, the Sacraments, Prayer and Worship, and Christian Living. Bishop Matthew F. Heyd will be here for Confirmation on Sunday, May 31. To sign up, please contact the Rev. James Morton.
Acolytes
Acolytes are an integral part of the worship experience. By carrying a cross or a torch, and by helping the clergy during services, acolytes ensure that our worship reverently emphasizes the great symbols of the Christian faith and help the congregation focus on God. To learn more about becoming an acolyte, please contact the Rev. James H.B. Morton III.

Grace Church in LEGO!
In 2023, Grace Church School student Fletcher Kargman constructed a magnificent LEGO model of Grace Church for his sophomore independent study project. Diving into the archives with the Very Rev. Harry E. Krauss, Fletcher studied the intricacies of James Renwick, Jr.’s design. His gift to the church brings the wonder of our campus to eye level for young visitors. You can find the LEGO model in the northwest corner of the church, just to the left when you come in through the main Broadway doors.
